With 15 years of experience in the roofing industry, I’ve built my career around hard work, integrity, and taking care of my customers. As General Manager, I pride myself on going above and beyond to make sure every homeowner feels confident and informed throughout their roofing project.

I have extensive experience working with insurance companies and the industry software and programs they use, allowing me to help homeowners better understand and navigate the insurance restoration process.

Outside of work, I’m a proud father of three children, ages 16, 3, and 2. Being a family man has shaped the way I do business—I believe in treating every customer and their home with the same respect and care I would want for my own family.

Wade Gray

Production Manager | 45 Years in the Construction Industry

With 45 years of experience in the construction industry, Wade Gray brings a lifetime of hands-on knowledge, craftsmanship, and leadership to every project he takes on. Throughout his career, Wade has worked extensively in both residential and commercial construction, developing a broad range of skills in construction, remodeling, and home improvement.


Wade has also owned and operated his own construction company, giving him valuable experience not only as a skilled tradesman, but also as a business owner responsible for managing projects, working with customers, and delivering quality workmanship. During his career, he has held a contractor’s license and has completed a wide variety of projects, including decks, patio covers, carports, pergolas, kitchen remodels, and bathroom renovations.


Today, Wade serves as a supervisor for Red Ridge Roofing, where he continues to apply his decades of construction experience while helping oversee projects and maintain high standards of quality and workmanship.


Wade takes pride in the knowledge he has gained throughout his 45 years in the industry and in the relationships he has built with customers, coworkers, and fellow professionals. His extensive hands-on experience and commitment to doing the job right have been the foundation of his career.


Outside of his professional life, Wade is a proud single father of two daughters, ages 23 and 20. His family is an important part of his life, and he takes great pride in the women his daughters have become.
